Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using InfiniDesk. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Operating System
InfiniDesk is designed exclusively for macOS. It is not compatible with Windows, Linux, or other operating systems.
The app functions with both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs, and is currently tested to run on macOS 11 Big Sur to macOS 26 Tahoe. The 'Follow Spaces Mode' in the app is available from macOS 14 Sonoma onwards.
Earlier macOS versions may also be supported but have not been tested by the developer.
InfiniDesk is code-signed with the Apple Developer ID of the developer (Ben Shirt-Ediss) and is notarized by Apple to ensure it meets macOS security standards.
Trial Period
InfiniDesk offers a free full-featured trial, allowing up to 100 desktop switches without registration.
After the trial ends, a valid registration key must be purchased to continue using the app. It is a one-time purchase.
License
On purchasing InfiniDesk, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal or work Mac computer.
The registration key is tied to the Mac computer making the purchase and cannot be transferred to another Mac without contacting support. If you want to use InfiniDesk on multiple Mac computers, you must buy a separate license for each of them.
With the same email address, you may purchase licenses for multiple different Mac computers.
You are encouraged to store your registration key file(s) in a safe place.
If you need to change your registered email address or move your license to a different Mac computer, please contact support. Reasonable requests are accommodated.
Updates
Purchasing a license gives you unlimited use of the current version of InfiniDesk, plus all future versions. There is no extra cost after the initial purchase.
Updates of InfiniDesk are provided at the developer's discretion.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the digital software delivery, no refunds are offered once the registration key has been issued.
Please ensure the product meets your needs during the free trial period before purchasing.
Intellectual Property and Restrictions
InfiniDesk, including all associated intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of the developer.
You may not distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or reverse-engineer the app without prior written permission.
No Warranty
InfiniDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
While extensive efforts have been made to ensure robustness and utility, the developer does not guarantee the app will be error-free or meet every user's specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use of InfiniDesk.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service occasionally.
Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
