When you purchase a license for InfiniDesk, we only collect:

• Your email address
• An anonymised (hashed) version of your Mac's serial number

Your email address is stored securely using strong encryption.

The hashed serial number is used to tie your license to your Mac. It cannot be reversed or deciphered to the original serial number — not even by InfiniDesk.

How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used only for sending (or re-sending) your registration key file.

The hashed serial number ensures that your license is valid only on the Mac used during registration.

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your email address or hashed serial number to any third parties.

The App and Internet Connectivity

The InfiniDesk app does not require an internet connection to function.

It does not communicate with any external servers or transmit data over the internet during use.

The only exception is when you click "Register" in the InfiniDesk menu. This opens a secure webpage in your browser, sending a hashed version of your Mac's serial number to start registration. The app needs to open this page to make registration possible.

The registration key is obtained by email, and an internet connection is not used nor required to register the app.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date and publish the revised version on our website.
